President of The European House-Ambrosetti. In 2008 he starred with other partners in the company’s management buyout. He has a background of sociological studies, he focuses on how to transform the people’s behaviour into business results through organizational levers and staff management. He is an expert on the management of complex negotiations, in different contexts and sectors. He currently teaches decision-making and negotiation processes at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. He was a researcher at the University of Milan (Political Sociology). He is the author of numerous publications, including the book "Come si decide in azienda" (Fendac Servizi, with Paolo Donati), the essays on group mobilization and the relationship between youth and organization (in Altri Codici, Il Mulino), the chapter "Formation" in the volume "The company of the future" (Il Sole 24 Ore) and the books: "Cambiamenti - Azione collettiva e intrecci organizzativi in un'epoca di crisi" (Rubbettino Editore, 2012) and "Creare governare e dirigere" (Alinari 2015, with Carlo Adelio Galimberti).

Is Chief HR & Organization Officer of Generali Italia since June 2013, and manages the Personnel Directorates of Country Italia, Generali Italia, Alleanza, Genertel, Banca Generali and Genagricola. Since 2019 he is also at Head of the Personnel Department of Global Line of General Insurance. He is also Chairman of Generali Welion - Welfare Service Company, Director of Banca Generali and Chief Executive Officer of Generali Business Solutions. Previously, he held the roles of Personnel Director of several companies, including Alleanzatoro, Gruppo del Sole 24ore, Mondadori and RCS.
Head of HR, SAS Italia
Since 2016 is Head of HR of SAS Italia. He began his career in 2008 at Lechler with a Talent Development project, then moved to SAS and became Head of Professional Development & CSR, managing Learning & Talent Development, Performance Management, Organizational Well-being, Generation Y and Corporate Social Responsibility. Since 2012, he is Leader of the Practice for the Central-Eastern Europe Region. In 2015 he extends his role to Academic & Education Manager for the complete management of all the complex training initiatives addressed to the SAS eco-system of customers, partners, universities and young people with a particular focus on employment integration.
Central Director of Human Resources and Group Organization, Mondadori
Since 2017, he is Central Director of Human Resources and Group Organization at Mondadori. His professional career began at HP Italiana S.p.A., with increasing responsibilities until he assumed the position of Human Resources Director. Between 1997 and 2004 he was a member of the Kraft Food Group: first as Director of Human Resources of Kraft Jacobs Suchard Italy and then as Director of Managerial and Organisational Development for the Countries of the European Community of Kraft Food International. At Ferrero International from 2004 to 2011, he became Global Director of Human Resources and Commercial Organization. From 2011 to 2016 he was at the Rio Tinto as Chief Operating Officer HR.
