Humanocracy: creating organizations as fantastic as the people that make them

The meeting will be available only in Italian

In the era of digital revolution that we are experiencing, organizations need to bring out the potential of all their people, stimulating their personal initiative and ability to contribute positively to the context that surrounds them.
It is therefore essential to create a new organizational model that focuses on people, freeing them from the shackles of processes that are too rigid. A model that helps to express innovation, experimentation, and creativity, so as to make the company flexible, enterprising and as fast as the change that surrounds it. In this webinar, Michele Zanini, co-author of the award-winning best-seller Humanocracy, will present the key contents of his book, highlighting, through data and successful cases, how it is possible (and necessary) to simplify bureaucratic barriers, creating better and more humane organisations.
In particular, it will focus on the following topics:
  • free people by simplifying processes
  • make every worker an entrepreneur
  • the DNA of a human-centric organization
  • building a company focused on the human factor.
