Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Officer, Kering
Chief Diversity, Kering Inclusion and Talent Officer since 2019, she has 25 years of experience in integrating diversity and inclusion across sectors, and she is an expert in leadership, talent and education. She reports directly to Béatrice Lazat, the Group’s Chief People Officer and works in collaboration with the Group’s Maisons and central functions. She is responsible for aligning and putting in pratice Kering’s mission and strategy of global diversity and inclusion. She also guides the development of a strategy aimed at attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining talent, always keeping the values of diversity and inclusion at the center.
Previously, she worked as a Brand Manager for Procter & Gamble; she was Director of Marketing & Career Services at the IMD in Lausanne, then Director of Global Member Networks for YPO and, later, Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates.
She holds a BA in Industrial Engineering & Operations from Virginia Tech University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
