WEBINAR LIVE
Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent: 3 pillars of Kering’s strategy

Kering was named Best Employers for Women 2020 and is among the “Global 2000” 2020 as World’s Best Employers. In this webinar participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the strategies that led to these awards from the voice of Kalpana Bagamane, Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Officer of the company.

The Group's work on these fronts has its roots in a deep D&I commitment: Kering has indeed been a pioneer of Workplace Diversity since 2004, when it signed the Diversity Charter, with the consequent launch in 2010 of an internal program to promote the Group’s gender equality, which was followed by the signing of the Women's Empowerment Principles Chart of the UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact.

This commitment has never stopped and today Kering is working hard towards a further improvement aimed at the realization of the strategy which sets, among the main various objectives, the achievement of Gender Equality in terms of equal pay and working conditions.
During this webinar, participants will have the opportunity to find out more details about the design and the implementation methods of these policies, with particular attention to the three pillars of Kering strategy: attraction of talents, pro-Diversity practice, and Inclusivity commitment.
