We are experiencing a crisis of leadership both in business and politics.
We need a new leadership paradigm - a shift from what's in it for me to what's best for the common good.
To move beyond this crisis we need to recognize that business is a wholly owned subsidiary of society, and society is a wholly owned subsidiary of the environment.
If our environment crashes, our society will crash, and business will crash too.
We need a new cadre of values-driven leaders to build business and political cultures that care about our collective future.
We need to create organizational and institutional cultures that unleash human potential for improved performance and profit.
Richard Barrett will describe how to bring engineer a cultural shift to move from breakdown to breakthrough.
