Key competences for successful managers.
Debate with Eugenia Bieto Caubet

Companies and institutions either public or private, big or small, currently face three very important challenges: globalization, the speed and unpredictability of technological and social changes and the need to reflect on their role in society. The 21st century calls for a leadership that can meet these goals. As a result, future leaders have to develop three essential skills: 1. A global mind to develop strategies in different countries and cultures. 2. An entrepreneurial attitude to develop and pursue new business opportunities. 3. A social responsibility to guide business activities in order to build a better future and a more fair society for all.During this webinar we'll talk about management skills from the perspective of a great European Business School, ESADE, with the Director General Eugenia Bieto Caubet.
