“The Human Age”: talent as the driver for business success

Today, the global level of labor supply is high, which means unemployment rates are high. Nonetheless, when looking at the competencies of the labor force, it can be seen that the lack of talent is a widespread factor. In previous eras the labor market was initially dominated by raw materials and following this by technologies. Today, it is human potential itself that is the driving force for work and economic, political and social change. We are living in what could be called "The Human Age", an era in which access to talent is crucial for the success of companies and nations. Corporate and governmental decision-makers must re-examine their way of promoting human potential and use this as a leverage point within the increasingly-changing global context. Presenting this perspective during the webinar will be the CEO of ManpowerGroup, a leading human resource management group, active on a global level in more than 80 countries with over 3 million employees.
