Talking about digital transformation today means identifying and making full use of the ever-greater capabilities of IT technology – from Big Data to the Cloud to increasingly intelligent man-machine interfaces – within traditional business models in order to redesign and transform them according to an innovative approach.UniCredit tells what the priorities are for concretely applying the objectives of the digital agenda in business:1. Transform and extend the channels and modes of interaction with customers, achieving excellence in customer experience with the bank;2. Adopt a data-driven model by using the data extensively in order to improve customer understanding and draw up customized, needs-targeted business proposals;3. Redefine the sales processes and service model from a digital perspective, following the criterion of “paperless” and the logics of advanced automation.
