The energy system revolution: goals and actions to contain the global temperature rise

In this webinar with the CEO of Sustainable Energy for All (SE4All), a multi-stakeholder partnership backed by the United Nations and World Bank, we will discuss the steps to achieving a just transition in which we keep the global temperature rise below 2 degrees Celsius, while ensuring that all people have access to the energy they need.
Rachel Kyte will focus on the three objectives of SE4All, echoed in the universally agreed UN Sustainable Development Goal 7 on sustainable energy for all:

• Ensure universal access to modern energy services.
• Double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency.
• Double the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix.
For each objective she will highlight the action needed by business, the public sector and civil society.

Due to Rachel Kyte’s unexpected commitments this webinar will be broadcast on April 13th, 12.00-13.00, but it will be recorded before. For this reason, all the questions should be kindly sent to ambrosettilive@ambrosetti.eu  by April 6th .
