The reference scenario for the banking industry has undergone - and is currently undergoing - important changes. A systemic transformation is taking place, both in the internal and external dynamics. How will banks be able to face the new challenges arising from the need to better serve their customers, while at the same time reacting to sudden crises (eg COVID-19) and managing the changes related to new competitors, new technologies and new regulatory obligations?
The event comes at the end of a number of preparatory meetings, in partnership with Cedacri Group and animated by business leaders and experts from the financial sector belonging to the CEO-community Ambrosetti Club, on the possible development trajectories that financial institutions will follow in the near future, with a special focus on the transformation of banks into "Tech Companies". Such trajectories will have a broad impact on the entire ecosystem in which banks operate.
The event, in digital mode, will be an important opportunity to share a preview of the analyzes contained in the Report "Banks of the Future: technological challenges and opportunities offered by the innovation ecosystem" and the recommendations addressed to policy makers and to the leadership of the banks.
