How to manage a brand during a crisis



Brand is a strategic non-financial asset for any company: what strategies and plans can brands adopt to respond to a crisis such as today? What channels? How to evolve messaging? Brand management can be a key source of value protection, creation for any business and will remain a key asset for the company post crisis.  What to stop, what to start and what needs to wait? How managing your timing, capturing the "mood", finding the right posture?

During this webinar, brand communication expert Louise Beveridge, Former Senior Vice-President Communications of Kering Group and Chair of the Executive Master Communications at Sciences Po (Paris), will provide her answer to these questions and share her observations as well as suggestions in particular concerning the following items:
