Turning crises into opportunities is the mantra of the historical phase we are all experiencing. How do we make it happen? How do we embrace the opportunity of a sudden and disruptive change, which has occurred independently from us, to encourage Innovative Thinking? In this context, the leaders’ task is twofold: identifying innovations – even the most groundbreaking – and transmitting their importance to one’s team. What are the best strategies for doing so and to overcome the possible resistance of one’s resources? It is a matter of mindset shift, rather than of procedures and processes.
