Digital transformation, a strategic key to growth and competitiveness, is one of the most up-to-date issues for businesses, which are called upon to implement it quickly and effectively.  
However, there is no single recipe valid for everyone; each reality is transformed following the one that it considers most suitable for its case, starting from the organizational model, from the business or from the technology. Whatever the chosen strategy , the path will inevitably be marked by continuous trial & error and traps to overcome.  

What, however, are the questions to be asked in order to avoid falling into these traps? What are the most common in the execution of a digital transformation plan?  

In this second webinar organized by The European House - Ambrosetti in collaboration with Softwareone, Sergio Rossi (Chief Digital Transformation Officer of Agos) will share his personal and professional experience with which he is guiding Agos along a path of Digital Transformation.  

The peculiarity of this meeting is that, for each of the topics addressed, particular attention will be given to the following 2 aspects:

• what QUESTIONS to ask before starting the route, but also during?
• what are the TRAPS in which many - unintentionally - fall and/or the ERRORS that are frequently committed; how to try to avoid them or to identify them as soon as possible to mitigate their impact?

In particular, 3 areas that are considered crucial to successfully pursue this path will be addressed:

• people: Digital Transformation requires first of all a strong change in the corporate culture and, to do so, we also need a leadership capable of shaping cultural change
• digitization: the path of digitization must always have the final customer as a primary element (Customer Centricity), from which everything starts, ; the digitization processes that lose sight of this aspect are much more self-referential and less effective/ valueable
• data: the huge amount of data available thanks to the digitization process can become a magnum sea in which to get lost, or a real enabling factor for business development.
