Learning culture and effective feedback: how to enhance work quality, performance and productivity



Feedback is a key tool to favour people development, and in businesses, knowing how to give effective and constructive feedback is crucial, especially for the top management. However, leaders are often faced with feedback-hostile attitudes and habits. Thus, they need to work on people's attitudes and, more broadly, on spreading the culture of constant learning. Thanks to these two actions, feedback can become constant and widespread within a company, with a significant impact on work quality, performance and productivity.
 
How to create a positive and constructive culture related to feedback? How to improve team performance and productivity through effective and constant feedback?
 
Participants will be able to discuss with Selin Kesebir, Professor at the London Business School and Leadership Expert, the culture of feedback, both from the point of view of the leader, as an "actor", and from the point of view of the organization, focusing on best practices and critical issues encountered when it comes to give (and have given) effective and constructive feedback in a company.
