At work you can’t choose who you’re dealing with, yet you need to be able to work with everyone. Easy to say but less to do. Everyone experiences more or less frequently tensions and conflicts in the workplace, negative interactions that have serious consequences. Moreover, when dealing with difficult people, creativity, productivity and commitment can be affected. Conflicts and stress can also compromise our ability to think clearly and make good decisions. How to manage difficult people? How to identify and defuse potential conflicts and manage complicated relationships? In this meeting participants will have the opportunity to discuss with Amy Gallo, international researcher and author for Harvard Business Review of the Harvard Business Guide "Getting along: how to work with anyone (even difficult people)".
