Emotional Intelligence at work: team, training and culture



In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to explore how better use of emotional intelligence can be the key to both better performance (their own and the team's) and greater psychological well-being.
 
The topic will be approached with the example of the world in which real international executives have used emotional intelligence in complex situations, so as to give participants insight into both the mistakes not to repeat and the dynamics to replicate, for a more conscious and effective use of emotional intelligence in business.
 
Following this meeting, participants will have:

  • delved into the value that better use of emotional intelligence can represent for their leadership
  • examples to emulate, of how some of the world's top executives use emotional intelligence to improve themselves and their teams
  • in-depth look at why many emotional intelligence development programs don't work and how to create more effective ones for yourself and your company
  • evidence of the changes and strategy to be adopted to build a culture of emotional intelligence in the company.
