In this session, participants will be invited to reflect on longevity as a structural transformation that is reshaping the economic and social system, as well as our very conception of work.

For businesses, this implies rethinking organizational models and leveraging skills, experience, and collaboration across different generations as key drivers of competitiveness and innovation. Longevity thus becomes an opportunity to be designed, with companies serving as the place where this transformation can become reality.

In particular, Enrico Sassoon, Editorial Director of Harvard Business Review Italia, and Paolo Iacci, Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Milan, authors of the new book “The Longevity Economy: Work, Age, and the Value of Experience”, will explore the following topics:
