WEBINAR LIVE
Wild Rituals: what leaders and organizations can learn from animals

Animal rituals serve to keep the peace, build trust, inspire innovation and facilitate relationships. How that translates into human relations to improve the social dynamics within and between corporate organizations?
During this webinar, we will address the topic of office relationships from an unconventional and innovative point of view, following the cues of the ethologist Caitlin O'Connell's latest book "Wild Rituals". We will review the main rituals that, from the animal world, can also be an inspiration and an example for working life.
The elephant, the rhino, the lion, the wolf, the whale, and even the flamingo use many social rituals, and understanding their importance can help leaders and organizations to better live and manage the "urban" reality.

In particular, the talk will explore the following points:

  • greeting rituals and group rituals to strengthen the sense of belonging
  • game rituals to drive innovation and foster trust and confidence in the team
  • non-verbal rituals to anticipate messages and intentions of the other.
