In the new global scenario, created by the pandemic, new balances come into play that you need to understand to compete successfully in the new context. Therefore the role of the manager and the structure of the organizations becomes decisive, if rethought to comply with this new scenario, can have tangible and positive impacts on productivity and business success.
During this meeting, Raffaella Sadun, expert in productivity economics and one of the founders of the World Management Survey that annually photographs the management status of over 12000 companies in 35 countries, will comment on the research results, emphasising the link between productivity and the quality of management processes. By highlighting best practices and trends around the world, it will enable today’s leaders and organizations to understand the key elements to consider in order to ensure sustained success.
