WEBINAR LIVE
Gen-Z: New Attitudes, Values, and Expectations to Manage in the Workplace

Generation Z is accessing workplaces with new attitudes, skills, and a different scale of values compared to that of previous generations. Leaders and companies are increasingly having to deal with Gen-Zers, managing requests and expectations that are often far from what was previously considered normal, with an even substantial impact on their corporate culture.
What are then Gen-Zers main features? How to manage and motivate them avoiding conflicts with previous generations?
Participants will be able to discuss with Jason Dorsey and Denise Villa, authors of the bestseller Zconomy: How Gen Z Will Change the Future of Business - and What to Do About It, the specific features of the new generations, trying to understand how leaders can better guide and manage them through the analysis of examples and managerial best practices.

In particular, participants will have the chance to address the following aspects:

  • Similarities and differences between generations, from GenZ to Baby Boomers
  • How to understand and manage generations, especially GenZ
  • Best practices to unlock GenZ’s potential.
