Forty-five percent of CEOs fear that, within a decade, their business will disappear if their company cannot keep up with the changes dictated by the historical and social context. This meeting aims to offer participants an opportunity to reflect on how to find and release, within their companies, “human” resources that they can leverage to avoid this fate. In fact, to become companies capable of facing constant challenges and changes, one needs constant analytical and improvement work that can only be achieved through cooperation among leaders capable of stimulating input from all levels of the company. 
 
Jennifer Sundberg has studied Boards and CEOs from around the world for 15 years to understand both what critical capabilities successful Executives look for in their teams, and how they are able to cultivate them and bring them out in the people around them. The author and CEO will present participants with the results of this experience in a concise model that they can replicate in their own teams to make them more proactive, agile, and ultimately change-ready.
